Our Services

Physical Therapy fixes a long list of ailments and diseases. Here are a few of our specialties.

Manipulative Therapy, is a physical treatment primarily used by physiotherapists to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability; it most commonly includes kneading and manipulation of muscles, joint mobilization and joint manipulation.

Physical activities and exercises that focus on restoring and maintaining strength, endurance, flexiblity, stability and balance with the goal of returning an injured patient to a fully functioning, pain-free state.

A therapeutic technique that is similar to balance training and can also be used to improve balance, strength, coordination, posture, kinesthetic sense and restore normal soft tissue tone and elasticity

Performed with the intent of improving conditions or pathologies that have been diagnosed by a physician; a wide variety of modalities or procedures are utilized to focus the treatment based on the diagnosed condition. Typically a combination of trigger point massage, deep tissue, and myofascial release therapy.

It is used to provide deep heating to soft tissues in the body. These include muscles, tendons, joints, and ligaments.

Spinal Decompression is a type of traction that stretches the spine to take pressure off the disks. As a result, bulging disks may retract, taking pressure off nerves and other structures in your spine.

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization is a therapeutic technique that uses specific applied instruments to promote mobilization of restricted tissue. Restricted or adhered myofascial tissue and/or scar tissue are the primary tissues addressed with its application.

Dry Needling is the use of either solid filiform needles (also referred to as acupuncture needles) or hollow-core hypodermic needles for therapy of muscle pain, including pain related to myofascial pain syndrome.
