MANUAL THERAPY
Manual Therapy, is a physical treatment primarily used by physiotherapists to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability; it most commonly includes kneading and manipulation of muscles, joint mobilization and joint manipulation.

THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE
Physical activities and exercises that focus on restoring and maintaining strength, endurance, flexibility, stability and balance with the goal of returning an injured patient to a fully functioning, pain-free state.

NEUROMUSCULAR
RE-EDUCATION
A therapeutic technique that is similar to balance training and can also be used to improve balance, strength, coordination, posture, kinesthetic sense and restore normal soft tissue tone and elasticity.

MEDICAL MASSAGE
Performed with the intent of improving conditions or pathologies that have been diagnosed by a physician; a wide variety of modalities or procedures are utilized to focus the treatment based on the diagnosed condition. Typically a combination of trigger point massage, deep tissue, and myofascial release therapy.

IASTM
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization is a therapeutic technique that uses specific applied instruments to promote mobilization of restricted tissue. Restricted or adhered myofascial tissue and/or scar tissue are the primary tissues addressed with its application.

LUMBAR AND CERVICAL DECOMPRESSION
Spinal Decompression is a type of traction that stretches the spine to take pressure off the disks. As a result, bulging disks may retract, taking pressure off nerves and other structures in your spine.

DRY-NEEDLING
Dry-Needling is the use of either solid filiform needles (also referred to as acupuncture needles) or hollow-core hypodermic needles for therapy of muscle pain.

Fitness Assessments
Assessments performed at the start of our client's program can be used to track progress and increase your motivation. Assessments are divided into four categories: anthropometric measurements (body size or body composition) cardiovascular assessments muscular fitness assessments sport-skills assessments.
